I chose this hotel expecting the level of comfort, service, and attention to detail associated with a five-star property. Unfortunately, my experience has fallen well short of those expectations. To be fair, the staff have been consistently courteous, professional, and responsive. Every issue I raised was met with genuine willingness to help, and I would like to acknowledge their efforts. That said, the number of problems encountered during a single stay has been disappointing. These included unreliable internet access, a non-functioning television, and a room showing visible signs of wear and deterioration. While I was moved to another room, the overall experience continued to be affected by issues that should not arise in a hotel of this category. The most frustrating aspect has been the lack of sound insulation. At 10:00 PM, I could hear a live rock band with such clarity and volume that it felt as though the performance was taking place inside my room. After a demanding week of work and with an early start the following morning, getting a proper night's rest became virtually impossible. My disappointment stems not from a single incident, but from the accumulation of shortcomings throughout the week. A five-star hotel is judged not only by the kindness of its staff, but also by the consistency and quality of the guest experience. Regrettably, that standard was not met during my stay.

W Santiago was a fantastic experience. The combination of great food, a lively atmosphere with the DJ playing and stunning views of the Andes made it feel like much more than just a meal. A stylish venue with a great energy that made for a memorable evening in the city.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at the W Santiago! From start to finish, the experience was top-tier. We stayed in the Supreme Suite for our honeymoon, and the layout, the floor-to-ceiling Andean views, and the modern design made it a truly 'wow' experience. The service here is truly world-class; the staff’s attention to detail is unmatched. A massive thank you to the Whatever/Whenever team, specifically Daniela, Paula, Camilo, Emilio, Genesis, and Jose. Their outstanding level of service, personal touches for our celebration, and constant check-ins ensured every aspect of our stay was perfect. They truly represent the heart of the W brand. The amenities and dining were equally impressive: Every meal was delicious. The breakfast spread at NoSo was a particular highlight, with incredibly high-quality, fresh local flavors, and an amazing variety. The Rooftop (Red2One)- You cannot beat the atmosphere and the sunset views of the mountains here. It’s the absolute best spot in Las Condes to unwind with a cocktail. If you are looking for luxury combined with a vibrant, modern energy in Santiago, this is the place to be. I can’t recommend it enough! ¡La raja!"

We really liked the location - lots of restaurant options and a nice park. Our room was lovely and we felt fortunate to be upgraded by Benjamin at reception. He is very warm and professional - an asset to the hotel. Next time we will try out the restaurants within the hotel. The rooftop bar has a beautiful view not to be missed.

Had a perfect stay here over the past three nights. AC (air conditioning) got strong & cold, just how I like it. The room was very quiet with no noise (& I am very sensitive to noise!). The bed was also super comfortable & high quality so I got great sleeps. Room service was prompt & the front desk was very friendly/happy to help with all requests. Special appreciation to Mercy for her kindness & efficiency at the front desk & to manager Lina for her help with our upgrade. The location is also excellent, with the best brunch spot in Chile, Brekkie, essentially just across the street. Our room also had a super nice view with snowcapped mountains in the distance. There were a few minor inconveniences: 1. This hotel is not the most practically designed, with 4 separate elevators (!) & a window where other people in the room can see you in the shower. 2. They confuse hand towels with step towels sometimes. 3. The room service breakfast was terrible but the dinner was fine, so there’s inconsistency in their room service food quality. But honestly on the metrics I care about—quiet, good AC, clean, comfortable bed, great service—it was 5 out of 5. And I’d happily stay here again!
