A solid hotel in an excellent location. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The main downside is the lack of communal space. Apart from the restaurant, there isn’t really anywhere to sit, relax, or get a bit of work done. That said, the restaurant staff are very accommodating and don’t mind if you stay for a while. Our room was quite small, but since we spent most of our time exploring the city, it wasn’t a major issue. The real highlight is the location — almost everything you’d want to see is within walking distance, making it a great base for a city break. Overall, a comfortable and well-located hotel with excellent service.
We had an exceptional, fantastic stay at the Helen Berger Hotel. Everything was spotless, warm and welcoming. The Hotel is in a very beautiful renovated old building, in a perfect location close to everything. Design and style meets very nice and helpful staff, a beautiful room and a cool, warm vibe and atmosphere with personal touch. Highly recommended, we will definitely stay here again. Special thanks for the nice surprise on a special day.
I had a fantastic stay at the Helen Berger Hotel in Valencia. The property is modern, welcoming, impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed. Its location is perfect for exploring the city on foot, but what truly sets it apart is the outstanding quality of the service. A special thank-you to Gabriel at the front office who welcomed us and was highly professional and full of excellent recommendations, and to Patrick who took great care of the breakfast service. Exceptional value for money and I wholeheartedly recommend staying here!
The room is too small but fully functional, except for the wardrobe space. The cleaning is quite good. However, the integration with the restaurant is problematic since the lobby barely exists. We were asked to leave the restaurant area/lobby because they had to close it down. The reception staff's approach is inconsistent and not result-oriented at all times.
Really nice atmosphere and very easy access to the attractions and shopping. Very walkable. The only bother was that we could hear the people above us walking in their room. Everything else was amazing and would come again.
